I'm pretty sure we talked about that here, how it might be good to let Lewis come back and play the less physically demanding left field position.

Meniscus tear doesn't sound good for Lewis

Meniscus tears are the most frequently treated knee injuries. Recovery will take about 6 to 8 weeks if your meniscus tear is treated conservatively, without surgery. The time varies, depending on:

the type and severity of the tear
how long your symptoms persist
your lifestyle
your age

Unfortunately, somewhere down the line, he will probably be dealing with early onset arthritis in the knee as a result of the tear.

Just thinking about this - if the tear proves to be significant, and limiting his mobility or risk of further injury in the outfield, it wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibility to see him shift to 1B.

You guys really do find everything to complain about. Everyone knows the corners are more physically demanding because you deal with the side walls. Either spot you're going to be required to run and jump and even dive. But the side wall can be avoided when in center
