9/70 against lefties is just a fact. I don't recall anyone saying that they should platoon him, they just pointed out that the results were better when they did.

As far as negron, lopes getting regular playing time, Im not sure how that's relevant now. Its injury related, and beckham and Vogelbach have both blown playing every day the last few weeks. Plus it's a rebuilding year, so why not give guys a chance to see if they can make the jump to the mlb. So thoug can get to 65 wins instead of 60?
