He also becomes a pariah to MLB GMs if he gets his walking papers down the line. Who would risk a second offense from a mid-to-lower-echelon player ? (Yes, Jerry, but who else ?)

His career is just about toast. Teams are going to look at what he did for the Orioles in 2018 instead of what he did for us this year. And that's just offensively, you throw in his defense and who would want him?

Leading the league in ERRORS for much of the year.
Actually, this team has fielding problems. Gordan, Richard, Healy etc.

I keep reading how terrible and embarrassing this was for the M's org. Who f-ing cares. Of all the bad things that have happened in 42 years this isn't even in the top 10,000.
I first read about the embarrassment on Twitter and then even Stone here:
And how exactly is it embarrassing. I am sure the told everyone not to take PEDs, what else were they supposed to do, monitor them 24/7????

A body blow???? Are you kidding me?? It's Tim freakin Beckham lost in a lost season. It saved them the four minutes it would have taken to DFA him in the next week or two and it saved a few hundred grand in salary.A dreary, painful, exasperating baseball season in Seattle was delivered another body blow on Tuesday with news that Tim Beckham had tested positive for a performance-enhancing substance, Stanozolol. Beckham received an 80-game suspension, ending a season in which he bolted out of the gate and then faded, much like the team itself.
