Ray's with outfielders sporting. 814, .724 and .789. A cumulative 2.327 OPS.

The Mariners, when Smith/Broxton/Moore are in the OF: 1.850

The Rays basically let our outfielders hit then let another bonus player with a .477 OPS hit. That's (very roughly) how much more run production their outfield gives them.

If Marco wins tonight and essentially wins out for the remainder of the season could he be a 20 game winner?! Wouldn't that be weird for a team destined to finish 30 games under .500?

Yes. And if the dog doesn’t stop to take a shit, he will catch a rabbit.

Usually an inside the park HR requires some really weird bounce or a questionable decision by an OFer. This one doesn't have either.

Your link showed Edwin Jackson dominating hitters. His stuff looked filthy!
Here's the link to Merrifield's inside-the-park HR. He's got some Speedy Gonzalez wheels, for sure.

I hate bases loaded walks! So much rather he dished one up and roll the dice in that situation.

Bass can't find the strike zone... Time to cull.

It takes a kicked ball to get out of that inning.

I’ve been an optimistic fan for such a long time. It’s wearing pretty thin at this point.
