He's actually been OK this year. He's just pitching too late in games. Keep him around. As a 5-6 inning guy toy could do worse (and Mariners have done much worse).

Just give up any expectations for wins this season. Take the pressure off. No punt in getting worked up over losses when multiple scrubs who won't be on the team next year are startingTonyrutabega wrote: ↑Sat Aug 10, 2019 5:22 amIt takes a kicked ball to get out of that inning.
I’ve been an optimistic fan for such a long time. It’s wearing pretty thin at this point.

Man, too bad Court couldn't get a walk then steal a couple bases instead of homering. What a simpleton.

One less Braden Bishop/Dylan Moore/Ryan Court/ Tim Lopes/Nola/etc. type of player taking up at bats.

So long Ian. Best of luck and may you come back to haunt the M's at least once, maybe even this season, or do a magic base-stealing trick to get the Twins to the promised land.
Rocky Colavito is a Hall of Famer in my book!

What is your point? Court has an OPS of about .500, sure you want to use him as am example? And had Lopes been able to take a walk, then that doubles the number of runs that are scored when Court hit a HR.
But walks are useless right? Just get HR, those are all that matter.
Mariners first run came off a walk, a ground or and a single. It counts just as much ad Courts solo HR

Everything has its place in the game.
Except weakass players in power positions.

So what is your point in your previous post? Acting like a meaningless solo HR from a scrub proves something? I honestly don't see what that proves. Mallex Smith's walk lead top just as many runs as Ryan Courts HR.

Just enjoy jabbing players with bad OPS whenever the opportunity presents itself.
Sometimes even when I need to create the opportunity just to get you dorks riled up about your players "deserving to be in the lineup no matter where they play" because they "have a .360 OBP!", like that means anything.
