I believe you are correct. And with new ownership would come new management. First, the GM. What is wrong with a GM who purposefully plans to throw away an entire season. Not from the All-Star Break on, but from the very beginning of the season? So lets first presume Dipshito DID plan on this being a losing season. How can you go to people and say, "Come on out to the ballpark and pay over $100 to see us lose?" On the other hand, what type of a worthless GM is it that can't go to ownership and state that if you let me find a TOR pitcher and a DH, we just might make the playoffs? How can a GM worth anything NOT convince ownership to spend? So this begs the question, is Dipshito worth the money they pay him to be a GM?

Second, what the fuck are the owners doing? Are they satisfied with going to meetings and rubbing elbows with the people who actually want to win? Or are they simply satisfied to drink single malt scotch and smoke cuban cigars with the guys who are really in it to win? There are only two ways we make it to a World Series. Either with a changed ownership or one that tries to win. Or we get there with pure blind dumb luck. My guess is that they need to get out the pixie dust cause this organization is not trying.

Frankly, the only reason I continue to post on this forum is for the conversation. It sure in hell isn't because this is a superb organization!
