I have had the evening and morning to think about my previous posts....and I have come to the same conclusion:
Morris sucks.

So I expect to see him start against UM, yes. And unless he starts to shit lightning and throw strikes to his receivers, he will be done. The pressure will be too great on Jimmy Puddle to keep him in the game.

Here's a scenario I think that might right the ship. Morris starts against Michigan and after a quarter of total ineffectiveness Lake puts in Huard. Huard lights a fire and the Huskies move on to victory or near victory at Michigan. The team goes on to have a successful season and bowl appearance with Huard at quarterback. With this scenario Huard stays at the UW, the program is out of the dumpster and recruiting is still potentially healthy. With Morris at QB how can this team really have a winning attitude after what happened yesterday? It would be perfectly justifiable for Lake to start Huard against Michigan but unfortunately I think he will wait for another poor showing to pull the plug. Morris has to go.

The program has gone from almost beating Alabama in the NC semis to scoring 7 points vs. Montana at home. What a collapse.

I was left to wonder last night if the reason guys like Ty Jones and Puka Nakua left is because they knew that regardless of who came here to play QB, these idiots were going to run the offense through noodle arm?

It seemed odd that shortly after the #1 Qb recruit in the nation offers his committal...the two best WRs leave school.
