Every year. Fans just aren't into baseball there. From what I understand they were putting together plans to build a new ballpark in Tampa but they fell through? Between Tampa Bay and Miami it just isn't happening fan-wise, but no doubt they're still both turning a nice profit.

Its a horrid location. Basically it would be like building a ballpark on Boeing field.
