So they signed him yesterday and cut him today?

From yesterday
The Seattle Seahawks have their third QB! Or at least, they brought a third passer on as a member of the practice squad. Holton Ahlers is rejoining the team to help run the scout team offense, with some potential to get called up to the active roster on gameday. Brian Bailey reported the news earlier today.
That seems kinda cruel
PC is a heartless bastard.

Well, he is on the practice squad. Which tells me a couple of things... they want to keep him around for insurance, and; they like his potential.

But that's just my opinion.

You're right. He was assigned to the practice squad, then released. I'm 2 days behind :D

The moves have been fast and furious. Hard to keep track. I wonder if Geno or Lock got hurt they would try to get him back or look elsewhere.

I wonder the same thing. But as one poster on here mentioned... there's a reason he wasn't drafted.

Not happy about Adams and Witherspoon. All the talent in the world doesn't mean much if these guys can't get on the field. Unfortunate.

The Adams news means he will be out OVER ONE YEAR. Makes you wonder if he will ever be 100%

Of course he will never be 100% of what he was. Do you feel 100% of where you were 2 years ago? You never feel better than you were when you were younger and healthier. Now experience and wisdom can help you compensate to be as good, but you won't be the same.
