Morosi actually makes a good point that we are probably going to have to wait until Yamamoto signs and the teams that miss out on him will then be looking elsewhere for a SP. Then we could trade Miller or Woo for Casas.

Nolan Jones played LF RF 1B and even a few games in CF. He is basically a Bellinger making minimum wages. The Rockies has zero starters with ERAs under 5 so might take like a Miller or Woo + Clase.

He had 4.3 WAR in only 106 games. I feel like I have discovered plutonium. lol

Nolan Jones you've been gone too long.

He has a high K rate. Still with an .900+ OPS.

I'm not sure you trade a 25 year old w. 5 years of control who just hung over 4 WAR.

Yeah that would be the issues but they are desperate for pitching. Kind of the opposite as us. Easy to attract FA hitters there and they aren't competing in 2024 so they could wait on Ford. Miller + Ford might do it.

Sodo suggests Soler + Kepler + Riley. Trading Hancock and Clase for Max and Moore for Riley. I don't think this makes us the AL West Fav.
