This team is going to be bottom feeders. I see them and the A'a battling for last place.

Mets just traded for this OFer. Pretty mid bat.

I don’t hate this idea. But he is only under team control for 2 years, so I’m not sure what I’d want to give up for him.
There’s been some speculation this offseason that the Jays would be willing to move Manoah. I’m not sure how true this is - yes, he had a bumpy season last year, but he was a stud the year before. Seems like he’d be fixable. But if the Jays would be willing to pass him on as a project for some other team, he’s a dude I would jump at, especially if we could get him at Filene’s Basement prices. He’s only 25 and has 4 years of team control.

A lot of prospects combo's that we have can easily add up to Naylor's $13M.
Three red flags though:
Didn't play OF last season
Never played more then 122 games
.723 career OPS prior to 2023

Read an item where a scout felt Alek Manoahs problems stemmed from being out of shape, ya think?

Put him on the Eddie Lacey weight loss bonus program. lolDonn Beach wrote: ↑Thu Dec 21, 2023 4:34 pmRead an item where a scout felt Alek Manoahs problems stemmed from being out of shape, ya think?
