OK guys now that we have our man on lock 2 questions come to mind.
1. Who does he bring in as OC
2. What FA or prospects is he targeting in terms of positions. I'm guessing DL & LB.
Any potential OCs come to mind. The only ones we've heard so far is Mike Kafka & Tee Martin. Would Frank Reich take an OC spot that would be dope as fuck.
Madubuike, Queen, & Clowney probably at the top of his FA shopping list.

1. Just as important... will he allow the OC to actually do his job?HawkandMariner88 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 31, 2024 8:57 pmOK guys now that we have our man on lock 2 questions come to mind.

2. FAs - you're probably right. DL & LB should be priority at this point.

CRAZY Queen is the guy I wanted to draft instead of Brooks.HawkandMariner88 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 31, 2024 8:57 pmOK guys now that we have our man on lock 2 questions come to mind.

Anybody know how much cap space we can clear. I'd be good with one of Queen or Madubuike but would obviously prefer both. If Jamal retires, does that mean we still have a dead cap hit. Out with the old in with the new. Guarantee Schneiders guys are at the Senior Bowl taking a long look at the DL & LBs.
Anybody think a trade down this year is in the cards, that way we can recoup some picks, maybe the 2nd we lost for WIlliams?

Two things. I did NOT want a fucking MLB in the first round. Second? Who in the Hell would have chosen Brooks instead of Queen? It didn't make sense then and it really never seemed to make sense at all.

YEAH BABY!!!!!!! I'm excited!!! I would have preferred Ben Johnson, but MacDonald was my back up choice! I can't wait to face McVay and Shannahan when we've got this team firing on all cylinders.douche wrote: ↑Wed Jan 31, 2024 6:44 pmIf Schefter says it's happening, then it must be true. Seattle to hire Macdonald as their new head coach. So we'll go from having the oldest coach in the league to having the youngest.

Just fun and exciting to be talking about all the possibilities instead of running it back with the same BS philosophy in place.HawkandMariner88 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 31, 2024 9:26 pmAnybody know how much cap space we can clear. I'm ok with a trade down, for the right price. As much as I love the QB's in this draft, none of the guys that I want are obtainable, except for Penix. And I think you could get him in the late 1st or early 2nd Round. That being said, I also think this is a good draft to address the trenches especially on offense. Our OL and DL sucks! If there is a good OL there at 16, I'm thinking about pulling the trigger and either plugging him in at G or Right Tackle.HawkandMariner88 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 31, 2024 9:26 pmAnybody know how much cap space we can clear. Gotta look at NT too right if their there at 16 otherwise yeah I agree gotta look OG at 16 if not trade down. Depends on what happens in FA, that'll set the tone for what happens in April. I do think McD has definitely got pieces to work with here no question. But definitely gotta address that front 7 & OG. I just hope we can clear up enough Cap Space.Sexymarinersfan wrote: ↑Wed Jan 31, 2024 10:20 pmI'm ok with a trade down, for the right price.
