Sexual battery live on the news
Dude was dumb to do it but the whole emotional trauma deal is a bit much.

30 years ago she would have just laughed it off. So the question is are we better off as a society now or worse off?

What was that guy thinking? Hmmmm i think i'll grope this woman with a camera pointed at her in this age of me-too accusers grabbing headlines and the msm's war on white hetero males. This'll be fun!

Yep, total dumb ass. Maybe he thought, "hey we are in Georgia, maybe it will work out". lolSibelius Hindemith wrote: ↑Sat Dec 14, 2019 11:27 pmWhat was that guy thinking? But this nonsense about her losing her "power" because of it is weak sauce. If someone can take your "power" that easily, you are powerless.

It minimizes what women who are raped and beaten have gone through when far smaller transgressions are escalated to that level.

Yeah, that's total psycho-babble bullshit. She must have taken women's studies 101 at college.D-train wrote: ↑Sun Dec 15, 2019 12:18 amYep, total dumb ass. What's the world coming to when you can't even play a little game of grabass.
Wow, what a dummy. Can't imagine anything more stupid to do these days.

As a professional news reporter that's pretty awful to have that happen on the air. It's humiliating and I get that part of it even though the "losing my power" part is silly.
Where he's concerned, he should go to jail just for being an idiot more than anything. Youth minister and his "I tried to slap her back" excuse. Maybe a night of jail dudes looking at his behind...
Too bad she can't just get her biggest male relative to punch him in the face, that would be the best way to solve the problem.

Times have changed. In my day it
wasn't right, but you either took it
or smacked him, if you could.
Sure it was entirely wrong and he
was stupid.
Lesson learned.
I wonder if a workman whistles
at a girl while working, like on
a roof, would he be charged with
sexual harassment?
