Re: Impeachment
At least he didn't get charged
with criminal doings, only
"power" intent. Whatever,
it won't get passed in the
Senate.
Hate is showing it's ugly head!

Only thing that would make her happier is the annihilation of Israel.

Re: Impeachment
The impeachment farce hinges on two assertions. Abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. The entire affair with the Ukraine, complete with testimony of conjecture, actually has nothing to do with Congress, save funding and intelligence oversight. Foreign relations is 100% at the behest of the Chief Executive. And if Trump smells dirt on Biden an inquiry is completely in the Presidents sphere.....and the whole country knows that old Joe was deep in the swamp of influence peddling, a cottage industry during the Obama regime.
Obstruction of Congress is equally as laughable. The pretense of such is actually an impossibility. Congress cannot compel the Executive branch to do anything let alone lay individual members bare before a committee hearing in an effort to politically damage the President. Its called the Seperation of Powers and Executive immunity. Historically Congress has "obstructed" itself by handing over its governing responsibilities to the Court and the White house, i.e. elections law, all the social issues, war and military engagement, commerce and a list too long for this morning.
And finally, there is nothing "legal" about impeachment. The entire process is "political". ergo we're not talking about any violations of U.S. Statute. Rather, its the peoples representation merely finding fault with the President and feigning domestic crisis. Blind fools.

Re: Impeachment
The also keep saying that investigating Biden was 100% for his own benefit. I would argue that anything he does to get re-elected benefits the country as a whole immensely.

Wapo is a Dakota word for 'man with forked tongue'. Also, Rashida translates : 'the god of trouble'.
thanks D-train
Bidens activities as 'Vice'-president are completely accountable to the office of the Presidency, past, present and future. He was conducting 'foreign policy', acting as an agent of the US Government.

Re: Impeachment
So...one Democrat jumps ship and zero Republicans jump ship on the House vote. The Democrats need 20 of the Republicans in the Senate to jump ship to remove Trump from office. Anybody else kind of getting the feeling that in early 2025 The President Of The United States is going to be one Donald J. Trump?

Re: Impeachment
So here is an idea that might have saved a little time. Why didn't they have all the Senators listen to all the House testimony and then they could have just voted today. Instead the Dems want to repeat the whole process before the finally vote. Asinine.
