They kind of have. The Cardinals are 7-5 when they play against teams not called the Seahawks.

The Cards also beat the Rams once this year. After last night's boot whooping, the Cards are actually in a pretty damn good position to win the Division. They get the Panthers, Rams and 49ers while we get the Vikings, Bears and Rams. The Rams get the Jets, Cards and us. I'd say both the Rams and Cards have an easier path to winning the division than we do.
I don't see how we beat the Vikings, which means we have to beat the Bears to set things up. Chances are that the Cards beat the Panthers, the Rams beat the Jets and we lose to the Vikings. At that point? The Rams are 9 and 6 and both AZ and us are 8 and 7. If we then beat the Bears and Cards beat the Rams? It would be a three way tie, with the Cards playing the 49ers, needing a win and a Rams win to win the division! Not completely out of the realm of possibilities.

If the Seahawks win out, they go to playoffs. That's all a team with this record can hope for. They won't win out though.Michael K. wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2024 9:26 pmThe Cards also beat the Rams once this year. I'll be watching and rooting, but not holding my breath.
