Try to claim victory today for two inna row. Would be first winning STREAK of the year.
At least Mgr. Dannyboy Wilson is willing to play with the line-up order.
Has D-Mo ever been leadoff? Where's National Hero HorHey tonight?

Why not let Bliss lead off? Also, i guess i haven't been keeping up on current events so what's the deal with Polanco?

Probably rewarding Moore for his production so far.

Bliss did have a nice little bomb though, that was good to see.

Yeah not sure how you can look at that and wonder why Moore is leading off over Bliss.

Polanco is a gimp. Needs more rest after playing in 2 games as a DH this month.

I could have looked it up but it's more 'funner" to get the answer from the land of my paternal ancestors, England.

Can't remember if I've ever told this here.

My clan of Carpenter's made the passage across the Atlantic in the early 1600's and landed in Jamestown.
The ship had made many passages over and back bringing folks away from GB and to America.

From what I've read and been told, the Carpenters and other passengers disembarked, and the ship turned around to return for more pilgrims.

It never made it back. Somewhere it sank and lies on the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean.

If it had gone down before that I wouldn't be here today. You can look it up and see the actual manifest.

The ship's name? The "Beavis" (spelled differently from Butthead's partner!).

You're going off a sample size of 7-8 games? I'm sure Moore's got a better hitting profile but Bliss might benefit from the role given that his athletic profile is a better fit. I mean, why not give it a shot and see what happens?
