Yeah well... considering they are averaging 3.38 runs per game and the teams on the screenshot I just provided are the only teams averaging 5 runs a game...
They're not a good offense.
So here you go again... dumb as all fuck.

Yes Munoz may allow base runners but seems to always get it done I know sometimes he will have hiccups but wow he is a stud!!! All star for a reason and possibly one of the best closers in the game!!!seattlefan-daBronx wrote: ↑Sat Apr 12, 2025 4:19 amWhat a game and nice win vs. a division rival. Screw the Strangers.
1. Miller kept us in the game and we got to DeGrom early.
2. Polanco 2.0
3. Torpedo bats work.
4. Thornton still sucks.
5. I'm liking young Vargas.
6. Munoz got the job so I have to admit he's a Closer.
7. Vogelbomb and Seattle or Bust battle in the Forum but would probably be besties at Spring Training.![]()
Good night. It's Saturday in NYC.
M's haven't had a good enough offense to seriously compete since 2016. And that was with Cruz, Cano, Seager combining for nearly 120 homers and .880 OPS avg between the 3 of them.DavidGee24 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 12, 2025 5:55 amMariners win! We're HEROES!!!
Another nail-biter. And to settle the debate between SOB and Vogelbomb, the team had to hit three home runs to score five runs tonight, which thus far this season has proven to be close to the ceiling of what this offense can do. Only six hits tonight, so this offense still sucks because it can't string hits together. Banking on three dingers isn't a sustainable formula. 3.38 runs per game so far, that's pretty meager.
But all is well for tonight, let's knock 'em down and fart on their heads again tomorrow.
You think those guys are locked into those numbers at this point at like 50 at bats?Cal: .189/.283/.396/.680
Julio: .170/.302/.396/.698
Randy: .180/.328/.440/.768
But we got this MOFO thinking these clowns are going to magically jump 50-100 points in their BA/OBP/SLUGGING![]()

cause that's what it's going to take for this offense to be good.
No. But I also think it's absolutely insane to think that all 3 of them are going to elevate themselves to the level needed for this offense to be considered "good." Not from what I've seen so far and their relative histories... they are the catalysts of this thing.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Sat Apr 12, 2025 7:17 amYou think those guys are locked into those numbers at this point at like 50 at bats?Cal: .189/.283/.396/.680
