Mariners are 19th in mlb in K per game, they were 30th last year. That might be the biggest difference with their offense

There is almost no correlation between Ks and runs scored. We are hitting better, hitting more bombs and taking more walks.

But still whether or not it's important reducing ks that much is interesting, that they did it. Seems like there has to be some kind of relationship. I couldn't see them king that much this season and still playing as well

Baseball is a crazy game. Smoked the balk 3 times the previous inning with nothing to show for it.

Next inning, and walk, infield single by one of the slowest guys in the league, and a bloop single just over the infield for a game-tying rbi.

Gotta love it.
