Both in the 0.80s in WHIP, Gilbert's ERA twice as high.

Ford needs to be activated even if the Garver injury isn’t bad because Garver is a bust even when healthy.

What I don't understand with Ford from Dip is the argument that Cal needs/has to catch 5 games a week so if we bring up Ford he'll just sit 4-5 days a week and hardly get any ab's thus stopping his development. Why?? Let him catch 3 days a week and have Cal catch 3 days and DH 3 days - this will help Ca's stamina for the season immensely. We're all worried he's going to be out of gas by Sept cause he's catching 5 days a week cause Garver sucks so much - Ford possibly solves that issue. I know they wanna use him as trade bait mostly but its like c'mon.... protect Cal as much as you can!!!

More realistic would be Cal catches 4 games, Harry catches 2 games. If Harry hits, then you start finding other ways to work him into the lineup.
