If there's a Geno trade, I think this guy probably goes to Arizona: https://www.baseball-reference.com/regi ... graw000ted

He seems to finally be healthy. If he doesn't get traded, I hope they put him in the bullpen and get him to the majors next year. With two TJ's behind him, you don't know how long that arm will last.

I wonder what happened with Luke Raley.

His walk rate is way up.
His K rate is down.
His OBP is up.

But his batting average and power are way down.

Just looking at the numbers it looks like he's not attacking pitches anymore, he's trying to get on base more. Backfired if that was the plan...
If I were to guess, he's playing hurt. Watch his body language tonight in the box...."I'm doing my best despite this nagging injury and I'm not happy about it". That what I see when I look at Raley. He was great before the injury.

I think all of these dudes now will have to "step it up" or get less playing time....Solano, Raley, Polanco.
When do you ever see Polanco playing 2nd base. It's put up or shut up time.

Our Josh is tied 3rd in this list
1 Junior Caminero 26
2 Jacob Wilson 15
T3 Juan Soto 14
T3 Pete Alonso 14
T3 Josh Naylor 14
T3 Wilmer Flores 14

Unfortunately the title is GDP.

He also batting .405 with a runner on first and <2 outs so I wouldn’t be too worried. But I’m sure one of us will call him Ty France at some point.

Polanco's played 2nd like twice in the last 4 days and fared well. He's also the team's 2nd best hitter over the last month behind Arozarena

For July: .283/.358/.617 with a 145 ops+

Naylor's a fat fuck. I never wanted him in the offseason b.c I hated his antics while he was an Indian. I think there was a game where he helped lead the Indians to a win over us and lost his mind in doing so, cellied on us and I've hated him ever since.

It's going to be hard for me to cheer him on as an M. I don't respect fat, lazy, out of shape ballplayers.

I posted this trade idea in the other thread awhile ago but since it is being talked about here, I will post just the names here for discussion

Mariners send Harry Ford, Tai Peete, Teddy McGraw, and Dawell Joseph

Twins send Willi Castro, Danny Coulumbe, and Jhoan Duran
