Counting on a Woo masterpiece and M's offense to rape, pillage and plunder the Sacramento A's.

T Lock should be back up for this game.

Tyler Locklear was pulled in the fifth inning of Triple-A Tacoma’s game against Sugar Land,

MLB
Tyler Locklear expected to be called up by Mariners

Go M's

The Mariners are failing to show up for an alarming proportion of games. It just appears there is a lethargy or lack of focus and/or hunger with too many players on this team. Where is that coming from? I mean, you had a guy in Severino last night that was struggling to hit the broad side of a barn at times and they couldn't take advantage. Getting to be really hard to be a fan of this team anymore.

... and 2 hits against a starting pitcher with an ERA barely under 5.00 the day before in Anaheim. This at a time when they should be buckling down and playing with greater urgency given the playoff situation and number of teams in contention.

The lack of mental focus and preparation has been sickening for most of this season, but especially lately. Even with Cal i'm starting to wonder is he more focused on winning the HR race or is he just trying to make solid contact and continuing with the approach that got him there.

In my opinion? Anyone that is still a fan is one hell of an understanding human being. I remember several years ago the Cleveland Browns came out publicly and asked their fans for patience. I posted that on Facebook and commented that if there are any Cleveland Brown fans left in the world? Than they have to be the most patient people in the world.

I'm so tired of the excuses. Trading for Nalor at the deadline is great, but at what point in time are we going to realize that trying to make the team incrementally better in late July isn't the greatest strategy? When it hurts their pocket books, that's when. So, in other words? Never.

Very well said and I definitely concur with those emotions.

I will say this: IF it ever happens, it'll be the greatest World Series championship ever simply because more than any franchise we are simply not allowed to win. In the NFL it would be likewise for the Browns or the Lions.
