RRS said that the reason they keep some guys on the team is for chemistry or some crap like that. I remember him saying something to that effect a couple days ago. Why keep someone who performs poorly just because their a nice person or their good for morale. I want winners period. You don't win awards & rings for being nice you win by performing at your best, period.
Totally agree!!!! Somebody even suggested that about Solano. Just asinine. Something tells me the the clubhouse won't devolve into a toxic chaotic house of horrors because Solano is no longer on the roster.

They pinch hit for him and he was DH. That doesn't seem too good. First AB was a double, though. Second plate appearance was HBP and the third was a 9 or 10 pitch groundout that I was following on the MILB GameDay app.
HBP on your second rehab AB. Must have felt cursed. lol

Shoulders are more problematic than elbows with pitchers, thinking Danny Hultzen. Its getting to be its almost expected a pitcher will eventually get TJ surgery but a shoulder injury can be the end of a career. I don't know if that's as true for position players.
Which shoulder? What's his throwing arm? Will they run on him?

Pretty obvious solution now that Canzone has come back to earth. Just platoon those two guys. No idea how Raley is going to get back in the line up other than giving the all three OFers and Naylor a day or 2 off the rest of the way.

Yes, we both agree.

I've had 6 shoulder surgeries and one full replacement.....but my elbow's are in great shape.
Bone block surgery in both in the 80's
Removed bone spurs in both in the early 2000's
Labrum repair in one of them
Full shoulder replacement in one of them

:D

What kind of activity led to you requiring all these medical procedures?

4 shoulder surges including a replacement and a redo of replacement 6 months later, good rehab and like normal almost just not as strong

All in the name of high school football.... and maybe a little birth defect of partial dysplasia in the shoulders and hips.

No doubt. Rehab became my religion for both my shoulder and hip replacements. Now they are better than they have been in 25 years.
