Stephen King got worried about a lawsuit so he had to be honest
At least he has the humility to admit that he got something wrong.

You also can't defame a dead person. He also retracted this days ago and made a correction. Perhaps he has humility and is able to admit when he's wrong.

Can you point to anyone on the right who can do the same? Maybe the dear orange leader?
Give me an example of one of the things the right's been wrong about and I'll see what I can come up with.
Easy

Lets go with J6.

Find me anywhere where Trump or close members didn't make excuses for it being "Antifa," or fake protestors, or "being let in" to the Capitol as an excuse for their heinous acts.

Oh no... wait, Trump calls them Patriots and pardoned them after they violently attacking law enforcement.

I feel bad that you are so indoctrinated into this fake left/right thing. The whole point of the system is to create obedient followers that believe the system is real and point fingers at the "other side" instead of at the ruling class who is outside of the fake politics.

You are seeing everything through the lens of left vs right. I urge you to start thinking more in terms of free vs enslaved.

The ruling class doesn't care who wins the elections. That's the whole point. It's a ruse to make the slaves think they're in charge.

We are all living on the Jones Plantation.Screenshot 2025-09-15 124400.png
I feel bad for you that you're a hypocrite and don't live by the message you're espousing.

You're a phony.

Sounds pretty hateful:

He called stoning gay people "God's perfect law" as a way to counter a woman who said "love your neighbor."
Do you disagree that he's explaining why you shouldn't cherrypick verses when he says it?

J6 is the biggest farce the left keeps promoting for obvious warped reasons. 97% of the people who went in there were peaceful and yes, video shows cops ushering people around the building......I know, it doesn't fit your narrative, but it was true. Only a small handful of people acted criminally and EVERYONE ON BOTH SIDES of the aisle condemned that and agreed that they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. But putting Granny in jail for 2 years for setting foot in the Capitol and nothing else? You don't find that completely and utterly insane? Let's contrast that with the BLM riots. Did anyone on the Left condemn all of that violence and destruction? Nope, and in fact it was promoted by the left in almost every corner. That's the difference between the Left and Right. George Floyd (a criminal and a drug user) dies by most likely his own fentanyl addiction and the whole country burns. Charlie Kirk gets assassinated and the right hold vigils and they pray. See the difference, moron?

I can't disagree. And democracy isn't real to me. Ruse, subterfuge, delusion, sham, whatever you want to call it.

"violently attacking law enforcement"

Yeah, those flagpoles must have hurt something fierce.

Ashley Babbitt probably should have been carrying one.

You do realize that if the right REALLY intended to perform an insurrection, they would have brought a large number of guns to the party? You know, all of us religious zealot gun-toting rednecks would have used our stash of AR15s and other automatic weapons. Weird how they forgot to bring them, dontcha think?

lol yep and this is why political discourse is impossible with the right and people like you.

You can’t take ownership of anything…

Well, you actually did once. And then you retracted it into conspiracy theory madness about a day later. Or do you really want to revisit that again?

This is exactly my point.

You can’t just say, “Conservatives should not have stormed the Capitol that day and it was wrong for them to attack police officers. It wasn’t Antifa, there were clearly many Conservatives who participated and I disavow their actions.”

It’s always spin. It’s always excuses. It’s never accountability.

You're such a punk. EVERYONE condemned the people who committed any kind of violence on Jan 6. Will YOU CONDEMN all of the BLM rioters and say all those people should have been locked up for 2 years or longer? Let's see how accountable YOU are. Please remember, as CNN reported, they were 'mostly peaceful' protests. Everyone involved in any destruction of any kind should have gone to jail for 2-3 years though, right? There were so many more of them than on Jan 6, so shouldn't you be a lot more angry at your own side before attacking Jan 6 people?
