You gotta answer back after that grand slam and try to regain some control over the flow of the game. That's what good teams do. But the Mariners don't.
This is up there for dumbest shit I've ever read on the internet.
You must never read your own posts.

16-2 since Robles return. Just a trash roster.

Fan Graphs has Ms at 5-1 to win the World Series. They are straight garbage.

"Good" teams win games. That's what "good" teams do.

The Ms have had a lot of trouble winning games in Houston, and they just broke through. They're now in the driver's seat to go into the post season as the #2 seed. The idea that this game somehow showed why they are not a "good" team is beyond ridiculous. That takes Negative Nancy to all new levels.

Put up a 10 spot & a no hitter. Send them packing for the winter.

Do you think it'll beat your "Mitch Garver is a good hitter" posts?

a) I never made posts about Mitch Garver being good. He's never been good on the Mariners. He was all right on the Rangers.

b) I'm saying the comment from Sibelius Hindemith on 9/20/2025 following the second win in Houston stating that their inability to score add on runs in the 8th and 9th innings makes them not a "good" team when the outcome of the game was a win that put them into the #2 seed for the AL post season was not just the dumbest shit ever said on these forums, but in the history of the entire internet.

Over the past three critical games (one against the Royals and two against the Astros), Seattle starters have combined for 17 shutout innings, surrendering nine hits, walking one and striking out 17.

And that was without Opening Day starter Logan Gilbert.

FanGraphs still gives the Mariners the highest-percentage chance of winning the World Series:

They shut them out the rest of the way and won the game. Sounds like the Astros had total control of the flow of the game, eh?

This one is so classic. Sibelius has brought negativity to levels I never thought were humanly possible.

I could see the Mariners winning the whole thing and as they're popping champagne in the locker room Sibelius will be telling us about how the repeat is gonna be impossible if they don't resign Naylor and fix the bullpen.

They're on a serious roll.

Also 16-2 since Robles return.
