That's silly. In most nations including the vast majority of 3rd world nations, doing the kinds of things she was doing to obstruct law enforcement actions (prior to the shooting) would result in immediate arrest and incarceration, probably without any right to a hearing let alone trial. And in a lot of those places she would end up dead without driving into a FA. Ventura has a 3rd rate mind.

Ventura....with a grain of salt.
Ice is enforcing Federal immigration law. This is not some dragnet of 'arresting people without a warrant' or going rogue at random.
Each suspect is documented because they have committed a crime and are in the country illegally. Its really that simple.
What Section, clause or related law of the Constitution is being violated ? Of course Ventura doesn't say. He just spouts his own mantra because he's still leaning on his former governorship for credibility....of which he has none.
Behind all the noise: is theft via fake and thieving NGO's working with complicit politicians (Democrats) and a system bent on layered non accountability.
the phony immigration racket of fake asylum and refugee status on top of the multi million illegals.....all to skew population for representation (seats in the House)...and...create voting blocks of welfare grabbing non-assimilated 3rd worlders.
The Camel got its nose under the tent and Walz had to pull the plug on his ambition. But the Blue hierarchy is fighting tooth and nail to protect their organized crime.

I have no particular opinion on Ventura, mostly he is amusing, but he lost me at "you have to have a warrent to arrest someone - it's in the constitution..." which is patently false on every possible level. AT this point in time, with all the evidence unfolding, if you are defending anything happening in Minnesota right now - you are literally part of the problem. We are past 'taking sides' politically, this is about basic common sense and the welfare and rights of legitimate tax paying U.S. citizens - who should have all obvious priority over all others in this country, period. Stop pretending it's something else. Of course this is all about covering up the crime family schemes in place. Anyone not recognizing it by now is being intentionally willfully ignorant. YOu can't be this stupid at this point. It's too obvious.
