I'm actually half white (Norwegian/Chinese mix; yep, there's actually somebody in the world with that mixture). I'm also agnostic. And I have a lot of minority friends who I see eye-to-eye with politically and the main reason is because we're middle-aged and have the life experience that you don't have.
