IMO? They have done a terrible job of putting this fire out. Makes me wonder how bad it is in the locker room?

Whoever he signed his contract with (a collective?) should have let him out of it and repurposed the money towards future commits or keeping existing players. Having the team be led by someone that didn't want to be here is a formula for division in the lockerroom and failure on the field.
