Our farm is down to 10. Seems closer to reality but still might be a bit too high.

This kid will be making his stateside debut in low A this season. Struggled as a 17 yo but raked last season to the tune of a .900+ OPS.

I can't remember where our low A team will be this season?

I think BA is more realistic about some of our top guys.

Emerson at this point is more of a high floor prospect with a very good chance of becoming a productive major leaguer, but probably not a superstar. He's more likely to end up in the Hall of Very Good than the Hall of Fame. Of course, the player could overperform that projection.

Given his lack of high end fastball velocity, they probably see Kade Anderson as more likely to slot in the middle of a rotation than at the top.

Lazaro Montes has high upside, but the hit tool is high risk.

On Ryan Sloan they're likely just being cautious. I'm sure they understand the upside potential, but he's still young and has to stay healthy.

On Michael Arroyo, I'm not sure what the thinking is but since the hit tool makes him a virtual lock at this point to become some sort of major leaguer, it must be the defensive questions that are keeping him out of the top 100.

I don’t know but I have heard folks are giving a lot of praise from Az. for our top 2 SPs in Kade and Sloan.

We have spilled off Ford who I had in the top #5 I think I had him around 5. The switch pitcher who I had as a fringe top 100 guy, but I think most of us had him as around #7 or 8 in the system at the time. Locklear was around 8-9. Tai I think most had him around 12th and a former 1st Rd. Pick a MLBTC value of 8M or so, which was the same MLBTC value as Ben W. #16 Who got a comp. RD B pick from the Rays and of course we also sent ours away as well. I think the MLBTC value was around 4M but to me that extra bonus slot value allows you to save some $ on some seniors and go get a 1st RD HS guy later in the draft to a big bonus. The Cards git a massive haul for Donavan. Kowar was a guy I had in the 15-20 range.

Anyhow Garcia was around 22 Cranton and Burjos were in the 20’s Izzy was in the 20’s

That was about 10 top 30 prospects out 3 who at the time we lost them were in the 5-10 range in a loaded system. I agree we lost a bit I had about 15 to 16 guys that I had fringe top 100 status at a min going into the deadline last year. This year I have about 15 the ending 2025 MLB .com top 11+
#14 K. Dickerson, #20 Brock R., and #30 Lucas Kelly. But I admit I had more confidence in last years top 15 or 16 guys esapecially after the top 8 or 9. But I think we are about even Steven once you consider we got 2 top 5 IFA‘s coming in the next cycle.

MLB.com has us having a total of 6 prospects in the top 80 and 4 in the top 50!
We have the tie for #4 RHP in Sloan
Tie for #2 LHP Anderson
Tie for #3 for SS Colt
Tie for #5 among all 3 OF positions Laz and Farmelo
2B Arroyo is #2

About 5 guys in the top 100 and top 10 in positional rankings. Wild

I like what I've seen from Arroyo so far. Sloan and Anderson look like the real deals. Happy we have another lefty, plus two possible fresh arms for a playoff push. Provided that they don't max out their innings limits.
