And it goes full circle, Jets trade for Geno, interesting they don't wait for him to be released

Raiders got quite a haul for him. That should make up for the Crosby botched trade. lolDonn Beach wrote: ↑Wed Mar 11, 2026 12:43 amAnd it goes full circle, Jets trade for Geno, interesting they don't wait for him to be released

I used to think Jonah Coleman was a God but in his last 8 games he ran for 341 yards for a 3.7 yard per carry and he is considered the #2 RB in the draft.

The Jets take on the contract apparently. I think it helps that they traded him rather than releasing him. The Broncos would have loved to have traded RW.D-train wrote: ↑Wed Mar 11, 2026 12:52 amRaiders got quite a haul for him. That's weird about Crosby. They have already made some significant FA moves. I guess they can find another trade. Crosby with the how great it's going to be a Raven stuff, oh wait lol

Was posting this...
Seems to me it kinda turns on speed. I mean JS is willing to spend for it at WR but not as much at RB."Coleman is a 5'9, 228-pound thumper. He's not going to break off explosive runs, but he's a patient zone runner who understands how to get the yards that have been blocked for him."

Do other team's physicians dare pass his physical after this? Is he now untradable?Donn Beach wrote: ↑Wed Mar 11, 2026 12:59 amThe Jets take on the contract apparently. Actually I don't think that's been established, the reason.
And if it is the physical, they are pretty subjective. Another team at least like to take a lookThe Raiders didn’t say Crosby failed the physical, which is always an express term of any trade. The Raiders said the Ravens “backed out of our trade agreement.” This implies that the Ravens exercised their prerogative to say, “Sorry. We changed our mind.”

It is all over the place that he failed the physical:Donn Beach wrote: ↑Wed Mar 11, 2026 1:18 amActually I don't think that's been established, the reason.

Okay, it's not being cleared to play. He had surgery and it was basically impossible probably for him to technically pass a physical because he wasn't going to be cleared to play. That's what I mean for being subjective. We aren't talking about him never playing again. He was playing with the injury during the season. That's what the tanking issue was about. That is unless they found some totally different deal. This was all public information, it sounds like they just decided to back out
JS drafted that guy that was recovering from knee surgery wasn't it, he was finally cleared at the end of the season. Doesn't seem unheard of to invest in a player that can't pass a physical
It's like the charbonnet situation. It's good news that the injury wasn't as serious as it could have been, but who knows exactly when he will be cleared to play.“While Crosby is ahead of schedule and the repair was considered to be a best-case scenario situation, it likely means he won’t be medically cleared before free agency officially begins on March 11 at the start of the new league year.”

Yes, he was injured when they drafted him in April after having surgery in December of 2024 and he made his first big play in February of 2026. 14 months later. That is why speculation that Charb will be ready 7 months after surgery is complete lunacy.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Wed Mar 11, 2026 2:15 amOkay, it's not being cleared to play.
