Abreu's velo way down than usual.

He's usually a 97-99 guy.
At least their closer is struggling also.

Perfect guy at the dish to get the job done. FINISH THIS JPPPP

There it is perfect guy in that position. Wow loving this new lineup. How bout Dono batting 2nd. 2 guys who can get on base ahead of the big bats. What a fantastic comeback. This bullpen just gets it done wow. Feels so good to have a true bullpen. They bend but dont break. We are owning cheaters now love it.

That seven pitch walk by Rivas set the stage for Crawford. Nice win. The Astros are looking like medicine to heal the Mariners. Sweep tomorrow?

Olney ranks Munoz as the sixth best closer in MLB
6. Andres Munoz, Seattle Mariners

Munoz has had four straight years with an ERA+ of at least 135, and last season was his best: He punched out 83 hitters in 62⅓ innings and held opposing hitters to a .493 OPS. His saves can be heart pounding because of his walk rate (11%), but he surrendered just two homers in 64 regular-season appearances.

2 games also. Weird Monday day game

A series like this to wake up the bats. Just gotta hope it can continue. Do not take Jp off the leadoff spot. Makes this team better. Dono would love to bat 2nd but wont happen so maybe after Randy. WHAT A COMEBACK. TEAM IS CLICKING A LOT BETTER.

They took away the error on Rivas in the 3rd inning. WTF?

Mariners win! We're HEROES!!!

The team still isn't getting a lot of hits, but they're getting the big hits.

Kade Anderson can't advance fast enough to get here before Castillo and his pending 5.00 ERA season sabotages this team.

One advantage of the new Mariners.tv system is after getting home from the game it was super easy to dial up the game and re-watch all the highlights. Previously I'd have to remember to DVR the game.

I gotta say, I've never seen such a packed and wild crowd this early in the season and there wasn't any sort of promotional bobblehead souvenir thing going on. On Julio's game tying homerun and JP's winning hit I'm sure it registered on the seismograph.

Maybe the best thing was it was the first time my wife was at a big comeback game. She's been at a lot of games, but nothing nearly as dramatic as this one.

Good times!
