The Rules:

Total budget: $100.
The "Cut" Rule: Your best 3 scoring players for the whole tournament count towards your final total.
Qualification: You MUST have at least 3 players make the weekend cut. If 4 or more players miss the cut, you are eliminated.
Entry Deadline: Before the first group tees off on Thursday, May 14th.
Allocations: If your team is illegal or a player withdraws, you have a chance to fix it. If the tournament has already started, you may be assigned suitable players to keep your team valid.
US OPEN: If there an appetite to run the US Open next month as a draft, then the finishing order of this PGA contest will determine the pick order. We seem to have lost our Juliooooo and Walla Walla Dawg II who were the main drivers in having a draft......

Most likely everyone else will be FREE however, the MostonPGA reserves the right to set an appropriate price for any player glaringly omitted from the list, eg the Truist Championship winner if not already qualified.

Ryan Fox: Officially withdrew due to kidney stones

Collin Morikawa ($20): Possible Withdrew from recent starts with recurring back issues but did play last week finished T62.
Jake Knapp ($20): Inactive. Nursing a thumb injury; hasn't played since April.
Rory McIlroy ($75): Probable. Currently competing at the Truist Championship despite a "stubborn" back.
Sungjae Im ($20): Active. Despite earlier wrist concerns, he is in the field and playing this weekend.
Tiger Woods (FREE): Indefinite. Not expected to play following recent health setbacks and shenanigans.
Alternates
Sudarshan Yellamaraju (FREE): First Alternate.
Tony Finau ($20): Fifth Alternate; needs five more withdrawals to enter the field.
