It's just mind-boggling, we've been posting here on this Forum for how many years now, and we've never seen anything like this. Even as critical as we were of guys like Hargrove, Servais, McClendon, Wedge, etc., it was nothing like what this management is doing, just making the same mistakes over and over and over.

Emerson's batting average is down to .206 after today. About a week ago, I pointed out that he had been getting a ton of fastballs and the league was probably about to adjust against him, which I think is what's starting to happen. We'll see how he handles it, if he gets back on track.

They had their shot in Game 7 last year and blew it, and tomorrow not being promised there was no guarantee that this team would come out stronger and better. Nope. That might be the closest we get in our lifetimes.

Imagine if the NFL and the officials had stolen Super Bowl XL from us, and then we never got another one? I remember the car ride home from the Super Bowl party I was at after second and goal, and my wife says "they just won one last year babe, this'll be fine". I remember telling her we could win one next year, and I'll know that should have been three in a row. They could win the next two and I'll know that should have been four in a row. I'll NEVER recover. I was pretty much right, until last season. I think I'm finally over Second and Goal. Yeah, probably not! LOL
