Good showing from Sanders, I thought. I don't see any lanes for Warren right now. Old man is too strong.

I don't like Pete, but he's obviously skilled at debates. He's got himself a little campaign going at the moment.

Steyer tried to make some noise. I like the guy okay, but not enough noise I don't think.

Biden is so bad at speaking, but he's hanging around in the race.

Klobluchar was pretty good, I thought. She landed some nice jabs on Mayor Pete.

Yang of course got very little mic time, because the media blacks him out. But, he had some gems!

Here is something that nobody is talking about. The fact that Mayor Pete is gay is no real issue right now because its the Dem primaries but there are about 250 Million adults in the US and only 139 million voted in the 2016 Potus election. Of the 111 million that didn't vote I bet that at least 10-20% are so anti gay that they would literally register and vote to keep a homosexual out of the White House. And these are the types of people that are definitely not being polled. Those extra 11-22 Million Trump votes would make it impossible for him to win the general election.

I posted this before but this is a Dem woman who asked for her vote back when she found out he was gay. Imagine the millions of non liberal men out there that would do the same.

Several aspects of the Primary process where this dynamic pops up. What's good to win the primary may not be what's good to win the general election. Some primary voters are thinking in terms of electability in the general, though. I think that's especially true this round where there is so much emphasis on Trump.

Some of the non-voters are gay and might vote for Pete based on that, and I assume that most of the people in this country that are extremely anti-gay are registered Republicans and never miss a vote. There's also the aspect that only the swing states matter, and I'm not sure how much anti-gay extremism exists in those parts versus more dead red areas of the country. I'm sure plenty of people are talking about Pete's viability as a gay candidate just like they'll also discuss the viability of the women candidates. It's just not really a topic for on-air. Evidently, the DNC doesn't see it as an issue, because I think they're pushing Pete including possibly fudging the Iowa ballots in his favor.

Nothing anti-gay, but I would like to see Pete's campaign crash and burn. Unfortunately, he seems to be reeling folks in.

Still avoiding a clear front runner so it won't be so shocking when they hand it to Hillary.

The money men are currently behind Pete- no pun intended- but that's because the rich are a bunch of out of touch degenerates.

Dt's right. Pete has no real path to victory. Which is the idea with all these clownshoes. They're all losers and everybody knows it. In the end, everybody will understand their choice because none of these candidates are actually candidates at all are they.

No, none of them have a chance including Hillary.

They sealed 2020 with the ridiculous impeachment attempt that literally everyone who isn't an idiot knew exactly how it was going to end.

Yet they kept going. Because they know they have no chance either way so they're throwing a temper tantrum hoping to avoid jail. Not going to work.
