I can't see any trade they make that doesn't include one of our 6 starters. We don't need to trade Montes or any of our top 6 or so minor leaguers.
The trade value of a starter should be close enough to get us what we need with some lower level minor leaguers.
We also have a left handed bat or two to trade, Raley, JP
and we can trade a good back up catcher (Garvey).

Only one they might trade would be Castillo and it would probably tough to find a buyer.

They aren't trading Raley or JP. Garver is just a guy that will fetch nothing and there is some reason they kept him over Peredas and I doubt that has changed.

Ryan Bliss is doing his best impression of a major leaguer.

Like a junior league, first time its happened. Philippines beating japan in japan. The japanese take amateur baseball seriously. Interesting with how the focus is on basketball in the philippines. I don't know where to find a baseball game. Ive thought about looking.

Why is it called "All Japan baseball championship" if other nations are competing in it? Are these little league teams or national teams.

This is the kind of thing you like to see, a kid telling the org he's ready for the next level. The AZL is almost done. Hopefully we'll see Bautista and Becker at Inland Empire to finish out the year.
