If he improves his footwork which I think is possible. Oline seems a position with a longer learning curve than others, maybe because of the size of the players and the precision required. But you could have a beast

. A couple of the new players on the Seahawks were headed into the locker room after practice and Mike Macdonald made it clear they needed to turn around and go sign autographs for the fans who came to watch.

It's just fascinating to me how fully equipped MM came in terms of a vision as a HC. It shows up repeatedly. The defensive adjustments the first season, moving on from Grubb, the SB run. And like that above. He came with a complete vision of what he wanted his football team to be
