I'd like to know what goes on in Jerry's mind. "Hmmm, they are good. They had a smaller payroll than we did this year. But we don't know how to do any of those things well. Let's just say we need a "culture reset."

And Stanton was thrilled that we don't need a higher payroll just the zero cost culture reset and accountability program....

I don't know about zero cost. Don't you think we need to create the position of "Director for Culture and Accountability"? And an "Associate Director for Culture and Accountability in Hitting", etc.
