I personally wouldn't deny the stats, nor would I deny underlying causes. Nobody's telling me anything that I don't already know. But guess what, everyone's shit stinks and life is what it is. I just look at the people I interact with as individuals and give them the opportunity to show what they're all about. Go visit any non union job site on the West Coast and take stock of what you see. Bear in mind that you will also need to hang out for the late night crews to show up in their unmarked white, windowless work vans.
If you can find a white non union Laborer, ask him what the percentage of Illegal Aliens to US Citizens is..then ask him what the ratio is of Illegal Aliens to Able Bodied Welfare Recipients.

I'm in Houston proper. Everyday I see latinos doing roofs, concrete, landscaping, etc. There are no other ethnicities, really. It's 100% latino. Admittedly, I have no idea what % of them are "illegal". My thought is just make them legal. It's my understanding that the majority of welfare recipients have jobs. I don't correlate immigrants with "taking jobs" and creating a welfare state. That's your stance, and it's been duly noted.

I have noticed that Mexicans
are hard working people!
Watch HGTV that has the
house remodeling, etc. They
usually have Mexicans working
their butts off, but the "stars"
taking all the credit!
Don't get me wrong, I like
watching their shows.
