You are preaching to the choir my friend. In general I find the supposed gender salary gap mind boggling. Are you telling me that a business owner would rather pay a man more to do the same work just because they like to work with dudes more? Logic would tell you that businesses striving to improve their profit margins would just him women, increasing the demand for women and driving up their salaries until the gap disappears.
