Won’t happen. The Head Coach is also the VP of Football operations. His antiquated style is here until he doesn’t want to be anymore.
I would love to get Jeremy Bates, Daryl Bevell and Schotty all in a room. Not because a I think any of the three are master minds, but because I would LOVE to hear what the guys taking the blame for a neutered offense REALLY feel about the strategy of....who we bring in on the O Line, the run first safe mentality, and if they really think the best passing offense is to get down two scores and let Russ play street ball.
