I always felt that Richardson would be the "THE PICK" if there, but my hope had been that Will Anderson if on the board was our #1 choice. THAT was my guy! Richardson was always my back up option. The ONE THING Seattleaddict and I agreed on consistently at the top of the draft was that IF Will Anderson was on the board at 5, he would worthy of that pick!

PC/JS isn't going to discuss any player they like in the draft as a potential pick or proclaim guy X is "there guy". Nor would they do this post draft about any player drafted by another team.

The Hawks interviewed at least 5 QBs and 4 of them were 1st round projections. Obviously Levis was not "there guy". This leaves Young, Stroud, and Richardson. From there you can speculate who the 'two QBs of interest' are if they were interested in two. But nevertheless, they were certainly very interested in taking QB at #5.

Schneider said there were 2 QB's that they liked. It sure as hell wasn't Will Levis. And we all know they had no shot at Bryce Young, so that leaves Richardson and Stroud. I think that they would have taken Richardson or Anderson over Witherspoon. But if they had BOTH been on the board, then my guess is that they would've taken Anderson. I'm curious to what their value board looked like for the Top 5.

I'm almost positive it was when they were interviewed after one of the pressers. It mightve been day 3, because of the fact they didn't come out with a single QB in the draft. And one if the media guys was on that question!

I felt during the 'selfie tour' that the Hawks were not interested in Levis at all even before his Pro Day visit. First and most importantly, Shane Waldron did not attend the pro day for Levis. Second was not so important, but when you see JS' photo in Levis' selfie JS wasn't taking it serious at all compared to the other three selfies. Levis' selfie was the "smoke screen" to dilute possible interest within the other three QBs.
